Plasma Fill™ Bio-Filler

The Plasma Bio-Filler Facelift is now the most exciting medical aesthetic process to be introduced in dermatology. Here the filler gel is derived from the patient’s own blood so there is no risk of allergic reactions. It works for wrinkle augmentation, fine lines reduction as well as to volumize, lift, and rejuvenate the face, neck and hands. The softness of Autologous Blood Bio-Filler is much better than those that derived from fat.

As we age, the areas in and around our face and neck can naturally lose subcutaneous fat. This causes the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and hollowed cheeks. This loss of fat can also cause the skin in areas such as face, neck, breasts and butt to stretch causing a visible loss of volume. Traditionally, surgeons resort to dermal fillers such as hyaluronic acid but they carry a risk of causing an allergic reaction. To avoid this risk, Plasma Bio-Fillers are an excellent choice. Results are immediate and usually lasts a couple of months (the exact protocol is being tested, and we’re still waiting for the results to see how much longer can it actually last).

Plasma Bio-Filler is also a good candidate for high volume filling as there’s no extra cost for extra filling and there’s zero chance for rejection. Once the filler starts to dissipate, the patient need to come back for fillers to maintain the results.

The Plasma Bio-Filler can be used to:

  • – Add volume and smooth out the deep creases and wrinkles in the face
  • – Plumping thin lips
  • – Reduce fine lines around the neck
  • – Augment cheeks to enhance youthfulness
  • – Reduce or remove eye-bags
  • – Improve the appearance of recessed scars
  • – Enhance shallow contours

Neuromodulators

Botox, Xeomin and Dysport are used to remove facial wrinkles on the forehead, between the eyebrows and around the eyes (crow’s feet), relaxing the muscles responsible for the development of lines. Expert injectors like Dr. Saito have expanded the application of neuromodulators to the jaw, perioral lines and neck bands, enhancing their rejuvenation potential.

Neuromodulators are also used for the treatment of localized sweating in the underarms, hands and feet. Neuromodulators are the most popular cosmetic treatment worldwide and are considered a vital part of many routine rejuvenation regimens, providing safe and consistent results when delivered by experienced and skilled injectors like Dr. Saito.

During your consultation, Dr. Saitro will determine the ideal placement of the injections in order to achieve natural-looking results. Within a few days, the treated muscles will gradually become relaxed, allowing the overlying wrinkles to disappear and producing a youthful and smoother appearance.

Hyaluronic Fillers

Voluma
Juvederm Voluma is the first filler formulated with lidocaine that is FDA approved to restore age-related volume changes in the cheeks. Unlike other fillers commonly used to treat the midface, Voluma is a hyaluronic acid (HA) filler. HA fillers are made from long chains of sugars that occur naturally in the skin. Juvederm Voluma is unique in that the HA is cross-linked through a process called Vycross that helps provide an excellent lifting capacity. This special cross-linking also helps to avoid degradation, making Voluma last almost twice as long as other fillers. Studies have shown that it can last up to 2 years. And since it is an HA filler, it can be molded and shaped into the desired contour after injection.

Juvederm
Juvederm® Injectable Gel is the “next generation” of dermal fillers. Created by Allergan – the manufacturer of Botox®, Juvederm provides a smooth, long-lasting correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. Dermal fillers are used to restore volume and fullness to the skin, giving a healthy, youthful appearance. The FDA has recently approved Juvederm Ultra XC for injection into the lips and perioral area for lip augmentation with results lasting up to one year.

Radiesse
RADIESSE is a wrinkle filler used to plump the skin. RADIESSE is injected through a small needle and placed under the skin. Immediately, this filler works to add volume under the skin and over time, the benefits of RADIESSE continue by stimulating your body’s own natural collagen. The natural results have been shown to last a year or more in many patients, making the treatment results both immediate and long lasting.

Belotero
Belotero is one of the lightest dermal fillers available. Sometimes called the “starter filler,” it is ideal for someone who wants to reduce fine lines around the lips, corners of the mouth, and minor marionette lines (the lines from the corners of your mouth down toward your jawline).

Restylane
Restylane treatments are performed in the office, taking less than an hour to complete. Although Restylane injections are not painful, a local anesthesia or dental block will be first administered, to maximize patient comfort. Using a very small needle, Restylane is then injected into predetermined areas of the face.

There is no downtime required after a Restylane treatment. Initially, patients may experience mild swelling and redness, although these will resolve quickly. Bruising at the injection site is not unusual. This can take up to a week to fade. Results from a Restylane treatment will be immediately evident; these can last from six to nine months, or longer. After this time, patients will need to schedule a repeat treatment.

Restylane will remain soft and malleable under the skin for up to 72 hours. It is vital that patients remember not to rub vigorously or manipulate the treatment area for the first few days, so as not to displace the filler.

Sculptra
Sculptra® works subtly and gradually over time for a more youthful-looking appearance. Unlike hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, Sculptra helps stimulate your skin’s own natural collagen production to help restore its inner structure and increase facial volume that has been lost to aging. Sculptra Aesthetic is intended for use in people with healthy immune systems as a one-time treatment regimen of up to four injection sessions that are scheduled about three weeks apart.
